User Accounts and Registration

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Gempix2 Generated Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Generated Videos

  • Ownership: You retain rights to use images generated through Gempix2 for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms and Nano Banana 2 policies.
  • License: We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute images generated through our Gempix2 service.
  • Quality and Accuracy: While we strive to provide high-quality AI-generated image content, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated images for any specific purpose.
  • SynthID Watermarking: All images generated with Gempix2 include SynthID watermarking for authenticity verification.

Platform Technology

All technology, algorithms, Gempix2 models, and infrastructure provided through Gempix2 AI Image Editor are protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of Gempix2 AI Image Editor platform is gempix2.cc.

  • You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying Gempix2 technology or intellectual property that makes up the image editing service.
  • The core Gempix2 AI Image Editor platform, algorithms, and generation technology remain our proprietary assets in partnership with Google.
  • Gempix2 model and Nano Banana 2 technology remain the intellectual property of Google.

User-Generated Content

  • Input Data: Text prompts, image descriptions, style preferences, and other inputs you provide remain your intellectual property.
  • Training Data: Your prompts and generation requests may be used to improve Gempix2 models and service quality within Nano Banana 2, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Audio Content: Audio generated through Gempix2's native audio generation is subject to the same terms as image content.

Prohibited Activities

  • Intellectual Property Violations: Generating content that violates intellectual property rights of third parties or infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other protected works

  • Legal Violations: Using the service for any illegal purpose, violating applicable laws, or non-compliance with Nano Banana 2 policies
  • Privacy Violations: Generating content that violates privacy rights, creates unauthorized representations of individuals, or breaches consent requirements
  • Commercial Misuse: Using the service in ways that violate Paddle's merchant guidelines or create reputational damage to our payment providers

Content Guidelines and Safety

When using our Gempix2 image editing service:

  • Appropriate Content: Generated content must comply with our community guidelines, Nano Banana 2 policies, and applicable laws
  • Copyright Respect: Do not attempt to generate content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

  • Google AI Ultra offers highest usage limits and early access to new Gempix2 features
  • Additional premium features may be available through our platform

Payment Terms

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record, ensuring compliance with global payment regulations
  • Nano Banana 2 Integration: Nano Banana 2 subscriptions may be managed through Google's billing system
  • Credit Purchases: Video generation credits are purchased through our secure payment system powered by Paddle
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to users via email
  • Refunds: Refunds are available under specific conditions as outlined in our Refund Policy
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription services will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Taxes: All applicable taxes are handled automatically by Paddle based on your location

Usage Limits and Fair Use

  • Fair usage policies apply to prevent abuse of Gempix2 resources

  • Premium users may receive priority processing

Gempix2 Service Availability and Performance

  • Updates may result in changes to generation style, output characteristics, or features
  • We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to users
  • Early access to new Gempix2 features may be available to Google AI Ultra subscribers

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, Nano Banana 2 policies, or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties. Upon termination:

  • You will lose access to Gempix2 features and generated content stored on our servers
  • You may download your generated images within a reasonable timeframe if technically feasible
  • Your Nano Banana 2 account remains subject to Google's terms
  • All payment obligations through the termination date remain in effect

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about:

  • The accuracy, quality, or suitability of Gempix2 generated images
  • The reliability or availability of the service or Nano Banana 2
  • The compatibility of generated content with specific devices or use cases
  • The performance of Gempix2 models or generation algorithms
  • The availability of specific features or capabilities

We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gempix2 AI Image Editor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Gempix2 AI Image Editor operates in partnership with Nano Banana 2 but is an independent service. Google's terms of service and privacy policies apply to your use of Nano Banana 2 and Gempix2 technology. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google beyond our technical integration.

Changes to These Terms
